Do you experience a lack of direction in your life? Does it seem like life can feel overwhelming and a struggle? Have you lost a sense of yourself?
As a therapist, I can acknowledge that life can be at times challenging, and it is a commitment to explore yourself every day. A compassionate, dedicated, and confidential space can help us explore the many facets of our lives.
I have been practicing since 2021 and work with neurodivergent adults, especially those questioning and diagnosed later in life. As a neurodivergent person myself, I can be empathetic to the fact that it feels like you have lost a sense of yourself. I also have experience and training in trauma-focused therapies and work with individuals who struggle with traumatic life experiences, especially trauma experienced in childhood.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation for individuals who want to learn more about how I practice. All are welcome to reach out, including 2SLGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and mad folx.
