Headshot of Kira Lynn Laurin, psychotherapist

Does it feel like you’re lost at sea, the stability of the shore drifting further and further away?
Can life feel overwhelming and a struggle? Have you lost a sense of yourself?

As a therapist, I can acknowledge that life can be at times challenging, and it is a commitment to explore yourself every day. Feeling like someone is on your team can help us heal - someone there to offer a hand to help us move through the waves of life to a place of growth. A compassionate, dedicated, and confidential space can help us explore the many facets of our lives.

I have been practicing since 2021 and work with those who experienced emotional wounds in childhood, and queer and neurodivergent adults and teens (especially individuals questioning and diagnosed later in life). As a neurodivergent person myself, I can be empathetic to the fact that it feels like you have lost a sense of yourself. I also have experience and training in trauma-informed therapies and work with individuals who struggle with traumatic life experiences, especially trauma experienced in childhood.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation for individuals who want to learn more about how I practice and how I can support. All are welcome to reach out!
